Services

Big Dawgs Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. Services include interior and exterior detailing, shampoo treatments, and engine bay cleaning as described on our website.

Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed via text message or phone call from our team.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website are standard rates for typical vehicles in normal condition.
Vehicles with excessive soiling, pet hair, or other conditions requiring extra time may incur additional charges. We will communicate any additional costs before beginning work.
Add-on services (shampoo, engine bay) are priced separately and must be requested at booking.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure your vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and time.
Remove any valuables from your vehicle before the appointment.
Inform us of any pre-existing damage, fragile components, or special care requirements before we begin.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your detail, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will address the issue at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

Big Dawgs Detailing takes great care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service. We are not liable for lost or stolen items left in vehicles during service.

We may update these terms at any time. Current terms are always available at this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
